Notice of Public Hearing

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Lyndon will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at the Kris Hughes Memorial Town Hall, W6081 County Road N, at 7:00 pm, to consider recommendations from the Plan Commission for approval of:

• An application for a Conditional Use Permit for a 5 MWac solar project, Parcel #59010126040 (NE corner of Blueberry Lane and Clearview Road) as submitted by Peter Murphy, OneEnergy Renewables. The complete application and proposed CUP  is available at the Town Clerk’s office and on the Town’s website:  townoflyndon.com, and
• Ordinance #2024-01 entitled An Ordinance to Make Revisions to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Lyndon Code Amending Sections 20 Definitions and 9.26 Home Occupations, and Creating Sections 9.30 Portable Storage Units, 9.31 Open Outdoor Burning, and 10.16 B-4 Neighborhood Business District.  The complete proposed ordinance is available at the Town Clerk’s office and on the Town’s website:  www.townoflyndon.com.
• An application for a FPZ Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a single-family residence, Parcel #59010120902, as submitted by Zdzislaw Pekala, W5699 Sumac Road.

 

Public Comment is welcomed.  The Town Board will act on the above at the regular monthly meeting, which will follow the public hearing on August 14, 2024.
